I have my 70-200 on my left side for basket to basket shots complimenting my 24-70 on my right for under the basket shots. Switching from one body to the other is nearly instantaneous. This harness is the ultimate in comfort, security and maneuverability. I also have the Think Tank and Spyder; the Black Rapid is my ‘go to’ unit!!
